- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, HR Operations, Event Coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- High attention to detail, especially when working with structured data, reporting, and documentation.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and process-driven environments.
- Ability to follow established frameworks while identifying opportunities for incremental improvement.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
