- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related People functions
- Experience designing and facilitating learning experiences, workshops, or development programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into engaging and practical learning solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
- Experience working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
- Interest in learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, and the future of workplace learning
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, or learning ecosystems (Bonus)
- Familiarity with talent management processes such as performance management, feedback, or career development (Bonus)
- Experience in gaming, tech, entertainment, or other highly creative industries is preferred (Bonus)
