This role is essential to Scopely's global function, with a primary focus on executing multi-country payroll processes, reconciling data, and ensuring compliance with local tax laws. The specialist will manage employee payroll inquiries, process various transactions, and partner with other departments to maintain accurate records and resolve payroll-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, and interest in AI tools
- Working knowledge of Workday HRIS or other ERP systems
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with a commitment to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to operate autonomously
- Strong English language skills are required for this role
- Payroll administration experience ideally within a company of 1,000+ employees
- Multi-country payroll experience
