- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to live game operations
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions, including collaborating with analytics partners
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; eager to learn and iterate with teammates
- Interest in growing toward senior-level ownership and roadmap influence over time
- Passion for games and curiosity about what drives player engagement and satisfaction
- Experience with A/B testing, offer management, or in-game economies (Bonus)
- Proficiency in SQL or tools like Looker, Amplitude, Tableau (Bonus)
- Exposure to agile development workflows (Bonus)
