As a QA Manager for Monopoly Go! in Barcelona, you will report to the Sr. QA Manager and lead a team of internal and external QA professionals. You will drive the execution and continuous improvement of the QA test framework, leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to enhance efficiency and defect detection. This role involves supporting quality initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring readiness at key milestones, and championing a strong culture of quality.
Requirements
- Strong advocate for the use of AI to enhance QA workflows and outcomes
- Proven experience leading QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with strong ownership and prioritisation abilities
- Able to balance quality, speed, and business needs effectively
- Experience driving QA processes, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing external vendors or distributed teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of product impact
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools
- Familiarity with mobile platforms and release processes (Apple / Google)
- Solid understanding of the game development lifecycle
