- 5+ years of experience in Live Ops, game operations, or live service roles, preferably in mobile free-to-play
- SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Hands-on experience executing segmented live content and A/B tests
- Strong experience executing live events, offers, and in-game promotions
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex setups independently
- Proven ability to troubleshoot live issues and operate calmly under pressure
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Player-focused mindset with an understanding of fairness, sentiment, and live-service expectations
- Familiarity with Live Ops admin tools, configuration systems, or experimentation frameworks (Bonus)
- Experience working on social, competitive, or franchise-driven games (e.g., sports, fighting, licensed IP) (Bonus)
