- BA/BS in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, with ownership of significant budgets and demonstrated impact on growth outcomes.
- Strong expertise in experimentation design, cohort analysis, and LTV forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable investment decisions.
- Ability to operate at a systems level, evaluating tradeoffs and optimizing across multiple growth levers.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; experience with SQL, BI tools, or attribution platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership, proactively identifying opportunities and driving execution.
