As a Senior Producer, you will manage the strategy for new game development, focusing on bilingual translation and interpretation between English and Chinese teams. You will drive project management, cross-team coordination, process optimization, and risk management to ensure successful game launches.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of translation & production experience in the video game industry
- Understanding the content production process of mobile game development
- Expert level in both Chinese and English (spoken & written) translation & interpretation
- Experience working with external development partners or remote teams
- Strong experience in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.) and agile development methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
