This Senior Producer will be embedded in a feature pod for Monopoly GO!, responsible for the end-to-end development pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery. They will coordinate production activities, support Agile/Scrum methodologies, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance player experiences.
Requirements
- Exemplified experience within mobile game production
- Ability to adapt and complete tasks on the fly
- Skilled in facilitating cross-team discussion, organization and planning
- Outstanding communication skills; adept at articulating sophisticated business situations to a variety of audiences
- Validated influential skills with ability to keep teams motivated and engaged
- Confirmed understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC
- Steadfast self-motivation and initiative
- A strong passion for making top quality games that players love
- Curiosity on using AI tools to improve your day by day workflow and productivity
