Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Performance to join the Looney Tunes team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do

You will be dedicated to the creation, configuration, and maintenance of in-game promotional events, contests, new content, and sales to drive monthly KPI goals for our game. Live events are an integral part of the success of our games and offer our players unique experiences each day. You will collaborate with an experienced product team dedicated to maximizing KPIs. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Define and drive a multi-quarter LiveOps strategy covering events, monetization, and content to achieve KPI targets and maximize long term player value
  • Analyze live events, features, and sales performance to identify opportunities, run diagnostics, and continuously optimize outcomes
  • Generate actionable insights on product performance, uncovering new opportunities for player engagement and monetization
  • Contribute to building a repeatable, scalable approach to LiveOps performance management and experimentation
  • Work closely with UX, Research, and Community teams to translate player sentiment into meaningful product improvements and roadmap inputs
  • Optimize LiveOps processes to improve team productivity and operational efficiency, leveraging automation and AI workflows to accelerate delivery of content and enhance product outcomes
  • Coach and support other Product Managers, contributing to a culture of product excellence and cross-functional collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with significant live operations responsibility in a F2P mobile game
  • Demonstrated success managing complex monetization and engagement systems, with strong experience in event design, sales strategy, or player lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
  • Strong understanding of player needs, supported by experience working with user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels
  • Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods, including creative, design, and engineering teams
