- 5+ years of relevant product management experience, with demonstrated experience managing important product areas in F2P mobile games or consumer digital products
- Experience delivering measurable improvements across engagement, retention, and monetization KPIs
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of F2P economies, player lifecycle management, segmentation, LTV, and payer dynamics
- Strong data fluency with hands-on SQL proficiency, able to independently design queries, conduct exploratory analysis, and validate hypotheses, while collaborating effectively with Analytics teams
- Strong modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets, with experience building forecasts, impact estimates, and structured decision frameworks
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, shaping long-term direction while diving deep into execution details
- Curiosity about player behavior and F2P mechanics, with the ability to navigate complex player ecosystems across lifecycle stages and spend segments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the “why” behind decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Structured thinker with strong prioritization skills, clear impact estimation, and sound tradeoff judgment
