Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Roadmap to join the Looney Tunes team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do

This role is responsible for owning an important product domain and improving player experience and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Define and drive quarterly and annual feature roadmap strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead end-to-end product feature development, from opportunity identification through launch and post-launch optimization, with accountability for player engagement, retention, and monetization KPIs
  • Translate high-level opportunities and player insights into clear, strategically aligned feature concepts and execution plans
  • Create clear, structured, and outcome-driven product specifications that align design, engineering, and production teams
  • Drive feature iteration through structured analysis, experimentation, and player feedback loops
  • Partner cross-functionally with Game Design, UX/UI, Engineering, Production, and Analytics to deliver high-impact features that elevate player experience and business outcomes
  • Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the player lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Define measurable success criteria upfront, lead structured experimentation, and independently execute data analysis - including writing SQL queries, conducting exploratory deep-dives, and evaluating A/B test results to validate impact and guide iteration
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor benchmarks, and F2P design innovation to support continued product excellence
  • Work with autonomy in a dynamic environment, making thoughtful product decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Leverage AI to enhance product decision-making, personalization, segmentation, and feature efficiency, identifying opportunities where AI can unlock meaningful player and business value

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience, with demonstrated experience managing important product areas in F2P mobile games or consumer digital products
  • Experience delivering measurable improvements across engagement, retention, and monetization KPIs
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of F2P economies, player lifecycle management, segmentation, LTV, and payer dynamics
  • Strong data fluency with hands-on SQL proficiency, able to independently design queries, conduct exploratory analysis, and validate hypotheses, while collaborating effectively with Analytics teams
  • Strong modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets, with experience building forecasts, impact estimates, and structured decision frameworks
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, shaping long-term direction while diving deep into execution details
  • Curiosity about player behavior and F2P mechanics, with the ability to navigate complex player ecosystems across lifecycle stages and spend segments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the “why” behind decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Structured thinker with strong prioritization skills, clear impact estimation, and sound tradeoff judgment
  • Action-oriented, with a focus on experimentation, learning, and measurable results
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountability in driving results
