Scopely is seeking a Senior Product Manager for an ambitious, unannounced cross-platform Strategy/ARPG project in Barcelona. This role involves overseeing the feature lifecycle, prioritizing player experience, leading daily tasks, and analyzing game and market metrics to drive business goals. The position requires strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Product Expertise: experience in product management and/or product development in software and/or live services.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision-making, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- User experience knowledge: understanding of player behavior and user experience, with the ability to connect player needs to product and company goals.
- Prioritization Skills: Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
- Team Leadership: Skilled at leading cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and creating an environment that drives engagement, growth, and results.
- Live Operation Experience: previous working experience with live software.
- Genre Experience: previous experience in either 4X strategy or Action RPG games.
