The Senior Director, Data & Insights will lead three teams—Analytics Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics—for Monopoly GO!, focusing on strategy, cross-functional alignment, and enhancing the studio's data utilization. This role involves defining the vision for analytics engineering, data science roadmap, and product analytics operating model, with a strong emphasis on AI-forward mandates.
Requirements
- 10+ years in data, analytics, or data science; 5+ years managing director-level leaders
- Proven track record in live-service mobile games or high-scale consumer apps
- Deep expertise in the modern data stack: dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery, Looker/Tableau/Hex
- Hands-on fluency with LLM patterns (RAG, agents, prompt engineering) and AI tooling deployment
- Strong command of experimentation design, causal inference, and ML systems in production
- Leads through delegation — comfortable owning strategy and outcomes without owning execution
- Exceptional communicator from SQL to C-suite; player-first and outcome-first mindset
