As Sr. Director, Data & Insights for Monopoly GO!, you will lead three critical teams: Analytics Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics. Your role involves setting strategic direction, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and significantly enhancing the studio's data utilization. A key mandate is to drive an AI-forward vision, building the future of insight delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years in data, analytics, or data science
- 5+ years managing director-level leaders
- Proven track record in live-service mobile games or high-scale consumer apps
- Deep expertise in the modern data stack: dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery, Looker/Tableau/Hex
- Hands-on fluency with LLM patterns (RAG, agents, prompt engineering) and AI tooling deployment
- Strong command of experimentation design, causal inference, and ML systems in production
- Leads through delegation — comfortable owning strategy and outcomes without owning execution
- Exceptional communicator from SQL to C-suite; player-first and outcome-first mindset
