As a Talent Sourcer at Scopely, you will develop diverse strategies to find and engage top technical and non-technical talent globally. You will manage volume sourcing for complex searches, maintain candidate pipelines, and optimize hiring processes using data. This role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating in a global Sourcing/Talent Research function within the tech or gaming industries
- Superior relationship building & networking skills, attention to detail and ability to create positive lasting impressions with business partners
- Flexible and self-motivated; ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, while executing in an environment of constant change
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong English language skills are required for this role
