About this job
As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll develop diverse strategies and build relationships to find and engage with top talent. You will own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches, maintain passive candidate pipelines, and drive innovative sourcing strategies. This role involves collaborating with the global Talent team to optimize hiring processes and using data to uncover opportunities and measure engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating in a global Sourcing/Talent Research function within the tech or gaming industries
- Superior relationship building & networking skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to create positive lasting impressions with business partners
- Flexible and self-motivated
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, while executing in an environment of constant change
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong English language skills are required for this role
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry (Bonus)
- Full cycle recruiting experience (Bonus)
