About this job
As a Talent Sourcer, you will develop diverse strategies and build relationships to find and engage with top talent. You will shape the top of the funnel by defining, assessing, and attracting great talent, and tell Scopely's story to inspire candidates. This role involves managing volume sourcing for complex searches in North America and Europe.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating in a global Sourcing/Talent Research function within the tech or gaming industries
- Superior relationship building & networking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to create positive lasting impressions with business partners
- Flexible and self-motivated; ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent interviewing and English verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
