As a Talent Sourcer, you will develop diverse strategies and build relationships to find and engage top talent for Scopely. You will own and manage volume sourcing for complex searches, optimize hiring processes using data, and maintain a passive candidate pipeline. This role is crucial in shaping how Scopely attracts and assesses talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating in a global Sourcing/Talent Research function within the tech or gaming industries
- Superior relationship building & networking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to create positive lasting impressions with business partners
- Flexible and self-motivated; ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, while executing in an environment of constant change
- Excellent interviewing and English verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry (Bonus)
- Full cycle recruiting experience (Bonus)
