This UX Designer role at Scopely involves creating prototypes for internal and external playtesting and contributing to the user experience vision for Marvel Strike Force. The designer will work with leads and stakeholders, leverage player research and analytics to inform and validate designs, and ensure alignment with KPI goals. Collaboration across disciplines is key to developing strong features and achieving excellent UX results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field
- One (1) year of experience as a UX Designer, Video Game Designer, Graphic Designer, or related occupation
- Experience designing mobile games UX on shipped titles
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Experience with development of a live-service mobile game
- Experience working on hero collector and tactical battle games
- Experience with UX design and prototyping tools: Figma, Miro, or Adobe Suite
- Experience creating UX artifacts: storyboards, information architecture diagrams, journey maps, user stories, competitive audits, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience designing casual, mass market mobile games UX
- Experience using Video Game Software: Unity
