Join Side (PTW) as an HR & Admin Specialist in Manila, ensuring smooth HR operations from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and payroll support, all within a dynamic, multicultural gaming services environment.
As a HR & Admin Specialist at Side, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department through a variety of HR-related and administrative functions.
You will ensure smooth HR operations and handle various administrative duties, with a focus on employee recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, records management, and general administrative tasks, including employee query assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
Assist in the Onboarding Process of new hires, including requesting the creation of access credentials.
Responsible for conducting a orientation sessions.
Handle HR Admin Support tasks related to new hire personnel, such as the collection of new hire documents.
Collect necessary documents for payroll account opening.
Handle off-boarding documentation, including the preparation of clearance, quitclaim, exit interview form, and the release of final pay.
Update and monitor employee leave balances.
Liaise with the administration of statutory benefits if needed- SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
Maintain and organize 201 files of all personnel.
Update employment information for new hires and active freelancers and employees.
Ensure that all employees and freelancers are recorded and encoded in the company’s ERP.
Deactivation of ERP credentials of employees and freelancers.
Maintain and organize 201 files of all employees.
Manage office facilities and supplies, including ordering office equipment and maintaining inventory.
Various administrative duties to support the Ops, HR and Finance departments and service invoice monitoring.
Monitor and manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely responses to all incoming queries.
Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
You will ideally have previous experience in HR and an administrative role is an advantage, with at least 4 years of HR experience in an HR (shared services or BPO setting a plus).
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment law is a plus.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
