Who is SkyBox Labs?

The studio is currently working on projects in the Minecraft universe, supporting the dev team at Bungie on Destiny 2, supporting development of Fallout 76, in addition to work on unannounced IP. SkyBox Labs is looking for a proactive, customer-centric Studio Coordinator to join us on an 18-month contract. Reporting to the Senior People Experience Manager, you will serve as a key driver of the People Experience team—balancing receptionist responsibilities with dynamic coordination. In this role, you will keep our physical facility running seamlessly while supporting our vibrant hybrid work culture.

This role is an in-person position, requiring someone to work from studio 5-days a week.
Nice-to-haves:
The base salary range is $50,000 to $68,000. The stated pay scale reflects the range that SkyBox Labs reasonably expects to pay for this position. Your base salary will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills, and experience.

3-5 years of experience in coordination, admin, facilities, operations, or project management in a modern, tech-forward environment. A customer-centric, proactive, service-oriented mindset. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety. Skilled in documentation and tools like Confluence, Google Suite, space-planning platforms, and ticketing systems. Proven ability to plan and execute projects and events. Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and reside within Canada.
