本ポジションは、PlayStationのオンラインサービスを支えるサーバー開発組織に所属し、テクニカルプログラムマネージャー（TPM）／スクラムマスターとして、チーム運営およびプログラム推進を担います。
チームは多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーで構成されており、日本語・英語の両方を用いながら、役職や年次に関係なく自由に意見を交わせるオープンなカルチャーが根付いています。新しいアイデアや改善提案も歓迎される風通しの良い環境で、グローバルチームと連携しながら世界中のPlayStationユーザーへ価値を届ける開発に携わることができます。
PlayStationオンラインサービスを支えるデータ活用基盤、共通サービス、開発基盤の開発・運用、および既存システムの継続的な改善・刷新を推進するチームにおいて、日本拠点のTPM／スクラムマスターとして活躍いただきます。
スクラムチームの運営・改善をリードするとともに、複数チームにまたがるプロジェクトの推進や海外開発拠点との連携を通じて、大規模なアジャイル開発の成功に貢献いただくポジションです。

グローバルな開発チームと協働し、英語を活用したプロジェクトマネジメント経験を積むことができます。
大規模アジャイル開発におけるスクラム推進や組織横断のプログラムマネジメントスキルを磨くことができます。
技術・プロダクト・ビジネスをつなぐ役割として、多様なステークホルダーとの協働経験を得られます。
英語を用いた海外チームとの業務経験
小～中規模（5～10チームが関わる規模）のプロジェクトをリードした経験
スクラムによるソフトウェア開発経験
チームリードまたはプロジェクトリードの経験
関係者と円滑に連携し、プロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション能力
スクラムマスターとしてチーム運営・改善を推進した経験
Scrum Master認定資格など、アジャイル関連資格
クラウド、データ基盤、共通サービス、開発基盤領域に関する知識・経験
サーバーアプリケーションやネットワークサービスに関する知識・経験
海外チームとの業務遂行が可能な英語力
TOEIC 800点以上相当の英語力をお持ちの方は歓迎します（スコアは必須ではありません）。
