Job Summary
The Project Manager, PSR serves as the operational backbone of the Production Services and Resources (PSR) department. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day administration of the department, optimizes crew allocation, and project manages the rollout of studio workflows. The Project Manager, PSR acts as a vital bridge between PSR leadership, Lead PSTs, Production Management, and HR, allowing technical leadership to focus on pipeline strategy and tool development. Comfort with metrics, data analytics, visualization, and overall project and product management workflows is essential. The role is responsible for communicating and working with Systems Engineering and Software Development teams within the tech group. The Project Manager, PSR reports into the Head of Systems Engineering.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $67,300.00 - $84,100.00/yr CAD. Benefits are per company policy: which include healthcare, tuition reimbursement, RRSP's, Sick and Vacation leave, standard increases as applicable. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.

- 4+ years of experience in the games, VFX, or software industry - Detail-oriented candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills - Strong communicator, capable of influencing and working effectively with engineers, project managers, and leadership at all levels - Clear understanding of how innovative tools can enhance productivity and quality of life, with the ability to influence and integrate these tools into production pipelines - Previous experience in analytics and data transformation - Adaptable to changes, essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage complex issues and relationships - Experience collaborating with teams and team members across different locations and time zones around the globe - High school diploma (PMP certification desired)
