Job Purpose:
Bleeding Fingers Music is seeking a talented and experienced Music Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, a strong creative vision, and the ability to work collaboratively with composers and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality music for various media, including film, television, and video games.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is:
$76,600.00-$109,400.00
This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

3+ years of experience in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field. A passion for music across various genres and a keen ear for detail. Exceptional communicator skilled at translating creative vision into actionable production plans. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple people and projects simultaneously while maintaining top-tier creative and technical standards. Authorized to work in the U.S., with flexibility for evening or weekend work as required. Proficient in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live (preferred). Experience in film scoring or working with media composers (preferred). Familiarity with the latest music production technologies and trends (preferred).
