Who are we hiring:
The Senior Production Coordinator will support the New York Islanders and New Jersey Devils production teams in travel coordination, budget management, financial administration, and day-to-day production operations. In addition, this position will work closely with the Production Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to maintain efficient, accurate, and cost-effective production practices while supporting live sports broadcasts and special events.
This position will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of production-related activities by coordinating logistics, tracking expenses, managing billing and purchase order processes, and supporting operational workflows across multiple departments.

Pay Range
$51,000—$80,000 USD

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of professional production experience, preferably in sports, broadcast television, or entertainment. Solid understanding of the NHL and hockey. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with travel coordination, budgeting, and project tracking software, including advanced Microsoft Excel. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
