Requirements
- Experience in financial leadership roles (Head of Finance, Financial Director, Deputy Financial Director, CFO) – at least 5 years;
- Experience in IT outsourcing – at least 3 years, with a deep understanding of the industry’s specifics (contracts, project profitability analysis, international clients, financial optimization)
- Experience and knowledge with audit reporting (EU); interaction with auditors on reporting preparation;
- Experience and knowledge in preparing PL, CF, Balance, Budgeting and forecasting;
- Confident knowledge of financial and management accounting principles;
- English B2+ (communication with auditors, banks, clients);
- Higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing);
- Projects and accounts profitability analysis;
- Providing insights into the financial health of the organization;
- Looking for cost-reduction opportunities.
