// Open Role at Supercell
Supercell is seeking a Technical Producer for their Clash of Clans Tech & Quality team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth team operations, facilitating communication across departments, and enhancing collaboration to deliver a stable and performant live game.
We're looking for a Technical Producer to help the Tech & Quality team run well and to be the main connection between the team and the rest of Clash of Clans or other teams in Supercell. You'll work closely with the head of tech & Quality, tech team leads, engineers, release manager and QA, understand what they're working on and why, and make sure the right people are talking to each other at the right time. That covers feature cells, live ops, art, design, analytics, and central Supercell teams.
This role runs on influence, seeing the big picture and creating a vision, not authority. You'll empower the team with clarity, focus, and an inspiring big picture, giving engineers the autonomy to build effectively. The right person understands engineering well enough to earn the team's trust, is an organised operator by nature, and makes planning and coordination feel light rather than bureaucratic.
Work with the leads to turn the team's priorities into a clear, realistic roadmap that everyone understands
Run a dedicated process in a way that helps the team delivery and goals.
Track progress, find risks and blockers early, and help solve them before they become problems
Protect the team's focus by managing incoming requests and making trade-offs visible
Be one of the go-to contact for cells who need something from the team, or whose work depends on it
Map dependencies across cells and make sure the team is involved early when new features, content and live ops events are planned
Turn technical constraints into clear terms for non-engineers, and turn game needs into clear requirements for engineers
Build communication habits (updates, demos, shared roadmaps) that keep everyone aligned without extra meetings
Notice friction between people, cells and processes, and fix it
Share what works with other teams, and bring good practice back from across Supercell
Be a transparent, trusted partner who leaves the team better organised and more connected
Help communicate and manage projects smoothly across multiple teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
Experience as a technical producer, technical project or program manager, or in a similar role working closely with engineering and QA teams, ideally in games
Enough technical knowledge to follow architecture and tooling discussions, understand trade-offs, and earn engineers' trust. A background in software development or QA is a strong plus
Experience shipping and running live games or live services: release cycles, client and server updates, and incident handling
An inspiring coordinator who can influence and get people moving across disciplines without positional authority
Clear communication, written and spoken, for both technical and non-technical audiences
Operational discipline: you can manage many moving parts and dependencies without losing track of any
A light approach to the process. You know when structure helps and when it gets in the way
Experience with mobile games, large live codebases, or developer productivity work is a strong plus
An existing passion for Clash of Clans
This role can be based primarily onsite in either our Helsinki or London Studio. The majority of the Tech & Quality team are based in Helsinki so frequent travel is expected should you be based in London.

Supercell is a games company from Helsinki, Finland, with offices also in San Francisco, Seoul, Shanghai, and London. You might know us as the makers of Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars. Our mission is to create great games that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever.
So, how do we make great games? By putting together the best teams and giving them the freedom and independence to succeed. And by taking risks, failing, sharing learnings, and killing lots of projects.
Independent cells and trust are at the core of our culture. But it takes more than that to make great games. We take good care of our people, providing them with the compensation, work environment, and resources they need to succeed while having fun along the way.
Here, you won’t need to focus on chasing titles or climbing ladders. Internally, our job titles don’t include prefixes like Senior, Junior, Principal, or Director. Recognition isn’t tied to your title, as it doesn't define the impact you can have around here.
Luring you in with glitter, glamour, and gems isn't what we're about. We want you to enjoy your time here fully, so we structure our compensation and benefits with that in mind. It starts with perceiving you as a human being, not a resource.
No matter where you’re moving from, our dedicated mobility team and partners will support you throughout your move. We’ll ensure the process is as smooth as possible for you and anyone joining you – whether they’re family members of the human or animal kind!
Many candidates with great skills and experience second-guess themselves. The bar is high, but if this role excites you, apply! We’re here to help you succeed. Also, we're happy to learn about any specific accommodations you may need to fully engage in our recruitment process.
Wishing you all the best,
The Supercell Recruitment team
