Counsel, IP Enforcement

- Bachelor’s degree and JD from an accredited law school. - 5-7 years of focused experience in IP litigation and enforcement, preferably within the interactive entertainment, tech, or digital media industries. - Deep working knowledge of copyright and trademark law. - Demonstrated excellence in IP enforcement drafting, including C&D letters, takedown notices, trademark opposations, etc. - Sophisticated understanding of gaming ecosystems including modding communities and virtual asset marketplaces. - An investigative mindset capable of identifying and effectively targeting the financial and technical support structures for infringing commercial operations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong ability to balance multiple matters simultaneously and appropriately prioritize projects. - Flexibility for cross-timezone collaboration between India and UK / US. - Genuine desire and enthusiasm to work in the video games industry; must be a great teammate with common sense, kindness, good humor, and dedication to succeeding together.
