The Product Manager, Marketing Innovation & Technology role is based in Dublin and plays a critical part in leading the evolution of our Marketing Technology stack. The role emphasizes delivering significant value to our labels, under the umbrella of our parent company.
We work alongside the Label’s (2K, Zynga, and Rockstar Games) Marketing, Live-Services and CX teams, leading and supporting the underlying technology stack used to enhance Marketing capabilities and measurement, in order to improve the player experience.
The primary purpose of the role is to enable and further empower these teams to do what they do best – produce outstanding content and meaningfully engage players.
As a critical partner on an integrated team that includes Marketing Intelligence and Player Data & Tech, your responsibilities will include managing the entire technology lifecycle - from interpreting business needs (known or discovered) through delivery, evangelization, and support. This role requires an acute understanding of Marketing & Technology platforms, experience leading complex cross-functional programs - serving as a bridge between business partners, vendors, and other collaborators.

As a Product Manager you demonstrate mastery of execution, solving ambiguous problems that support the strategy. You own outcomes in support of product strategy with accountability for both execution and direction of those projects. You define and launch product solutions for more complex user needs (player, marketer, partner).

3-5 years of practical experience developing and driving solutions powered by technology; solid understanding of digital advertising, customer journey orchestration, and data architecture; proven experience developing & implementing technology-powered solutions across AdTech, CRM, and Lifecycle management platforms; strong background in digital innovation, preferably experience in the interactive entertainment industry; ability to establish and navigate high-level relationships; outstanding communication skills and ability to position & advocate up to executive leadership; demonstrated ability in designing and building metrics (e.g. acquisition, engagement, retention, etc.) to showcase value production & impact; practical experience of budgeting, contract management, and compliance in a tech environment; demonstrates strong creativity and scrappiness and can handle constraints with grace; ability to clearly articulate technical concepts & solutions across a range of detail depending on audience, and via appropriate media (i.e., presentation vs. doc).
