About this job

The Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Analyst provides advanced functional and technical expertise to support, maintain, and optimize the global Talent Acquisition Operations ecosystem. This role acts as a primary subject matter expert for recruiting platforms like Workday and Greenhouse, analyzing business process designs and integrations to maximize technological capabilities. The position drives data integrity, leads system testing, and designs comprehensive reports to streamline the global talent acquisition lifecycle.

Requirements

- Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise-level recruiting and HRIS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS. - Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites. - Strong technical acumen regarding backend workflows, API architecture, or system integration logic. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different global time zones. - Strong mathematical, analytical, and data-validation skills. - Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while actively contributing as part of a distributed global team. - Experience managing cross-border data systems or maintaining technology compliance (such as GDPR considerations for UK/EU-based talent pools) (Preferred). - Relevant certifications in Workday, Greenhouse, or professional HR technology systems (Preferred).
