What is this job all about?
We’re looking for a Tech Lead who will take ownership of the technical quality of Fishing Clash and help build a stronger engineering culture across the team. This role is focused on technical leadership, engineering excellence, and developing other engineers.
You will work closely with Engineers, Producers, Product Managers, QA, and other disciplines to improve the game’s technical health, optimize development effectiveness, and ensure that technical decisions support the long-term success of the game.
The Tech Lead will take ownership of the technical quality of Fishing Clash, build a stronger engineering culture, improve the game’s technical health, optimize development effectiveness, and ensure technical decisions support long-term game success, working closely with various disciplines.
