1、基于自研引擎，使用 C++ 参与Gameplay 相关功能开发；

2、具备 1 年及以上游戏开发经验，有 Gameplay 开发经验者优先；
3、熟练掌握 C++，具备一定的性能优化经验；
4、具备扎实的数学基础，熟悉常用数据结构与算法；
5、拥抱AI技术，愿意主动学习并合理使用 AI 工具提升开发效率、代码质量和问题解决效率；

1、深度体验 ARPG 端游及刷宝类游戏，并对其核心玩法和用户体验有深入理解；

- Passionate about PC games, user experience, and game development, with a strong sense of responsibility. - Possess 1+ year of game development experience, with Gameplay development experience preferred. - Proficient in C++ and have experience in performance optimization. - Possess a solid mathematical foundation and be familiar with common data structures and algorithms. - Embrace AI technology and be willing to actively learn and utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and problem-solving efficiency. Bonus Points: - Deep experience with ARPG PC games and looter games, with in-depth understanding of their core gameplay and user experience. - Experience with skill systems, combat systems, character systems, editor tools, or proprietary engine development. - Excellent English proficiency, capable of reading English technical documentation or participating in cross-team communication.
