Join Tencent's LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS as an NLP Research Intern to drive cutting-edge research in natural language processing and machine learning, focusing on training large language models for innovative gaming applications.

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.
1. Contribute to and drive cutting-edge research projects in NLP and machine learning.
2. Train large language models (LLMs) for new and practical tasks.
3. Collaborate with team members from prototyping through production deployment.
1. Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks.
2. Publication experience at top-tier NLP/ML conferences or journals (e.g., ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, EACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML) is preferred.
