That's No Moon is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong player focus for a AAA title. This role involves assisting the QA Manager with team leadership, testing, and test plan creation, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. You will work with various disciplines to develop test plans for features, tools, and workflows to ensure a high-quality game.
Requirements
- Shipped at least one game in a QA capacity.
- 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience.
- Technical art expertise with a strong understanding of the engineering behind graphical issues.
- Performance testing experience, including Unreal Insights, telemetry capture, and multi-platform stress testing.
- Experience as a people leader.
- Experience developing test plans from project goals and executing them.
- Experience working with offsite testing teams.
- Unreal Engine experience.
- (Bonus) Experience working with an outsource team.
- (Bonus) JIRA and Testmo or test case repository experience.
