Lead the creative vision for new game concepts, from initial idea to commercially viable product. You'll personally generate, evaluate, and develop engaging game experiences within a global team.
“The Collective Ace Group” is a one-stop Service Hub in the Gaming industry, providing best-in-class services for our clients with all the convenience of a one-stop solution. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Creative Producer – Game Design & Concept Development to join one of our subsidiaries and work within a global team of international professionals.

Starting from a client request, IP, theme, audience or commercial opportunity, you will personally generate and evaluate multiple directions, select the strongest proposition and develop it into an original, engaging and commercially viable game.

The creativity, initial game-design proposition and overall coherence of the concept will depend directly on you. You must be comfortable working from ambiguous briefs, thinking flexibly across genres and platforms, challenging weak assumptions and proposing stronger alternatives.
You will define the core game and visual direction, translate it into clear design documentation and work alongside an established Project Manager and discipline leads to balance creative ambition with budget, timeline and production capabilities. You do not need to be an artist, but strong visual judgment and a practical understanding of Art production are essential.
