Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $86,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year. The full range is $86,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.

- 3-5 years experience in planning events of 10,000+ attendees. - Experience building relationships across all levels of an organization. - Experience providing executive-level support with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and proactively manage assigned projects across quarterly global events with minimal supervision. - Ability to communicate respectfully, clearly, and accurately at all times. - Ability to work under pressure and under challenging timelines. - Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, utilizing formulas, pivot tables, and advanced tools to solve complex data challenges. - Experience with, or a desire to learn, AutoCAD.
