Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $99,000.00 - $129,000.00 per year. The full range is $99,000.00 - $173,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.

Support internal development teams through clear planning and prioritization, drive sprint and milestone workflows, coordinate release readiness activities across all platforms, organize incident response activities including triage and escalation, maintain accurate project documentation and schedules, leverage data for decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement of production processes. Bring 3-5 years of experience in game production, live service games, release management, or technical production, with prior experience supporting the launch or ongoing operation of a live game. Strong understanding of game development production processes, live service operations, incident response, build pipelines, and software releases. Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, and technical teams, familiarity with mobile submission and release processes, and proficiency with Jira for task management and bug tracking. Passion for games and awareness of industry trends.
