About this job
The Inventory Cost Accountant will manage and maintain inventory balances for TPCi, performing general cost accounting and preparing periodic reports. Responsibilities include month-end close duties, improving inventory reporting, coordinating physical counts, and assisting with annual audits. This role ensures accuracy of inventory balances and supports external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficient with accounting software, familiarity with Oracle Fusion preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
