We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Head of Engineering to drive technical excellence and lead Supersonic’s core development teams at scale. Acting as both a technical authority and people leader, you will manage multidisciplinary teams responsible for publishing SDKs, advanced level-generation tools, client-facing cloud integrations and multiple games.

This is a highly strategic role requiring deep expertise in Unity performance, tooling and cross-team communication to ensure our portfolio can scale seamlessly for millions of daily active users.
This role will suit a hands-on, action-oriented leader who communicates clearly, stays open-minded and can move comfortably between code, architecture, people leadership, product priorities and business needs. The position is based in Tel Aviv, with four days per week in the office and Sunday working from home.
