You’ll be joining the ZephyrMobile team, which was originally formed in 2016 and has been part of Tripledot since May 2024.
The studio has achieved impressive success in the mobile puzzle games genre. Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team.
Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development.

Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Level Designer to join the ZephyrMobile team. You'll design and build levels for our puzzle mobile games, shaping progression, pacing and difficulty, and work closely with art, product and development teams. The ideal candidate knows puzzle games well and turns feedback and metrics into better levels.

Design and build new levels for multiple puzzle mobile games. Balance gameplay elements within artistic and technical constraints. Bring narrative and emotional goals into the gameplay experience. Identify and resolve issues found through playtests and feedback. Research new approaches and mechanics to improve level quality. Maintain level documentation. Mentor more junior level designers, sharing feedback and best practices. Work with art, product, game design, and development teams. Requires 3+ years as a Level Designer in casual or hyper-casual puzzle games. Solid experience with Unity and level editors. Strong understanding of level design fundamentals: progression, pacing, difficulty curves, and player flow. Experience designing puzzle mechanics. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles in level design, including tutorial and onboarding. Data-driven mindset. Strong expertise in casual mobile games and awareness of market trends. Strong English and Russian communication skills. Ability to read and analyze game metrics (funnel by level, average completion time, % completion, number of attempts) is a plus.
