Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The role will entail leading a product and elevating it to the next level. The role requires having a holistic view of the entire app, including Roadmap, UA and Monetization.
You will be using real-time data, industry trends and experience to make product decisions, see them through production and use data to validate your hypothesis.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for mobile games; Use player behavior, game performance, and market data for product decisions; Define, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests across monetization, gameplay, and progression; Optimize hybrid monetization systems (IAP and advertising); Partner with game designers, developers, artists, and analysts; Collaborate with user acquisition partners; Establish success metrics and monitor product KPIs; Make evidence-based recommendations on new game concepts; Support a Product Analyst; Significant product management experience within mobile games; Strong analytical skills; Experience with live-game optimization and experimentation; Experience with mobile-game monetization (ideally hybrid); Adaptability to work across new and live products; Strong organization, ownership, and communication skills; Experience in casual mobile games (puzzle-game preferred); Background in analytics or data science is advantageous.
