The Twitch legal team is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, esports productions, and various marketing activations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit legal team, build relationships with Amazon legal, and tackle complex issues within Twitch's dynamic user community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3 to 6 years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space
- Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes
- Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
- Sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company (Bonus)
- Knowledge of Twitch, including esports / gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends (Bonus)
