About the Role:
As a Program Manager, you will serve as an individual contributor on the PEP team, reporting to the Head of People Engagement & Performance. You'll manage a series of programs centered around how employees connect to Twitch (to the company, to each other, and to the product) across their entire lifecycle.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - 4+ years in program management, employee engagement, communications, L&D, or related people/HR function. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. - Track record managing concurrent programs with distinct audiences and competing timelines. - Experience owning programs end-to-end, from planning to delivery and measurement. - Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills. - Experience with vendor management, including procurement and contracting. - Comfort using data to measure program effectiveness and inform improvement. - Experience using AI to enhance workflow.
