About this job
As a Senior TPM in the Community Health organization, you'll be responsible for keeping users safe by owning programs related to user-facing tools, enforcement systems, guidelines, and content moderation tooling. This role involves driving complex programs with multiple stakeholders, focusing on both quick outcomes and long-term impact on users and development teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering Manager
- Understanding of when introducing process makes sense and when it doesn’t
- Experience working directly with ICs on designing solutions and understanding problem spaces
- Experience working directly with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs
- Passion for working in a mission driven organization
- Experience working in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Identity, Regulatory, or Governance type organizations (Bonus)
- A successful track record owning and driving programs in the infrastructure, platform, and/or product domains (Bonus)
