Twitch is seeking a passionate Senior Trust & Safety Operations Analyst to join its global team. This role focuses on assessing and acting on user reports of policy violations, prioritizing sensitive community issues, and leveraging data-driven approaches to mitigate risk. The analyst will contribute to fostering a safe and thriving environment for Twitch's communities.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud Prevention, Content Moderation, Escalations and Crisis Management, or a related field
- Experience investigating complex user, content, or platform safety issues and making risk-based decisions in ambiguous situations
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or AI-assisted workflows used to identify trends, investigate risk, and improve operational efficiency
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies that support proactive risk detection and investigations
- Experience working with cross functional partners, including Policy, Legal, and Engineering teams
