Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Clarity of thought and articulation are critical components for success
- Experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design
- Ability to attract, hire and retain engineering talent
- Comfortable operating within an ambiguous and ever changing environment
- Track record of leading teams to design, implement and operate consumer-facing applications
- An impact oriented and product engineering leader mindset
- Bonus: Hands-on experience building applications using Golang, AWS Cloud Infra and/or React
- Bonus: Experience building Machine Learning or AI applications
- Bonus: Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical field
