- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and / or business operations
- 2+ years of experience working in or supporting advertising businesses, including high level knowledge of ad sales workflows, industry leading DSPs, and ad measurement techniques
- Ability to drive solutions to complex business problems in a prompt, efficient manner with minimal direction on a day-to-day basis
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Experience and comfort working with technical product teams
- Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
