As a Community Developer at Ubisoft Paris, you will help establish, grow, and support player communities around our games. You will drive the global community strategy for a specific brand, March of Giants, creating and executing plans with an international, distributed team. You will help teams stay aligned through clear planning, strong feedback cycles, and consistent best practices, while building trust with players around the world.

This position will be part of multiple cross-functional projects, working with Community Managers, Marketing, Production, and Video Editor teams, among others.

Recruitment process
[30 minutes]: Talent screening call with the Recruiter,
[60 minutes]: Interview with the manager of the role,
[30 minutes]: Discussion with the Director
Experience managing online communities and building community plans or programs with measurable results. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with players and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of, or strong interest in, March of Giants. Hands-on knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and Discord. Experience working in a Production environment with multiple deadlines, success metrics, and stakeholders. Understanding of community growth and player engagement strategy for games. Experience gathering, filtering, and applying player feedback with cross-functional partners.
