Unity is looking for a Finance Transformation Analyst to join our Finance Transformation & Systems team, embedded as a meaningful partner to the Finance organization. In this role, you will configure Workday Adaptive Planning models, collaborate with finance partners to solve data flow challenges, and explore AI-driven efficiencies to streamline monthly reporting and forecasting.
You will build deep trust with Finance key decision makers, communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences, and take pride in the reliability and quality of the systems you support. Additional information
Base salary range: $77,700 - $116,500 USD gross
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.

- Maintain and configure Workday Adaptive Planning and its integrations with Workday Financials. - Gather requirements and deliver configuration solutions, applying AI for automation. - Apply predictive forecaster tools in Adaptive Planning for forecasting. - Review Workday's biannual Adaptive Planning releases and implement updates. - Solve data flow issues and ensure reliable reporting during month-end close. - Maintain clear system documentation (configuration guides, process flows, training materials). - Manage support tickets and project work, communicating status proactively. - Hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support experience. - Technical foundation in relational database modeling. - Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis and data preparation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Understanding of core finance and accounting concepts (GAAP, month-end close, AP/AR, expense management). - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and projects. - Collaborative approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
